Family Intermediate Arduino: Shift Register

Family Intermediate Arduino: Shift Register In-Person

Family members of all ages are welcome to attend this class together. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Each family member must sign up with their own valid library card.

Interested in doing electronics projects with Arduino? Learn how to use LEDs, buzzers, motors, switches and more. We will choose a different project each week, or you can work independently using our Arduino kits. 

Project: Shift Register

A shift register is an integrated circuit that lets you expand the number of output pins available for your Arduino to control different devices. Learn how to connect up and use integrated circuits in this class.

Recommendations: For children ages 10+ as well as patrons who have taken Beginning Arduino or have prior experience with Arduino.
