Family Intermediate Coding with Scratch In-Person

Family classes in the Exploration HUB are designed to bring children and parents/guardians together to learn about technology and software.

Having fun with Scratch and want to learn more? In this intermediate class, we will introduce you to variables, lists and broadcast events. We'll show you how you can use multiple sprites to make your project more interesting.

Recommended prerequisite: Beginning Scratch class and ages 10+.

All classes in the Exploration HUB are free.

Parents/guardians: Please register each attendee with their own Carlsbad City Library card. Each person will need a free MIT Scratch account. Go to: https://scratch.mit.edu
