Beginning Silhouette Cameo: Napkin Rings (ages 13+) In-Person

The Silhouette Cameo cutter makes it easy to create intricate designs cut out of paper and vinyl. This class will teach you how to design and create customized napkin rings.

All materials provided by the library at no charge.

Classes in the Exploration HUB are free to Carlsbad City Library patrons ages 13 and older with a valid library card.
