Focus On: Find A Grave and Death Records (genealogy class) In-Person

Death dates and burial information are an essential part of genealogical research. Learn how to search our Genealogy collection for death records, including cemetery books, extracted death indexes and more. This class will also give an overview of how to use FindAGrave.com to search for, share and edit the memorials of your ancestors.

This class is for ages 13 and older and will be held in the upstairs Computer Lab at the Library Learning Center located at 3368 Eureka Place in Carlsbad. This is a hands-on computer class.

A Carlsbad City Library card with internet privileges is required. If you have any questions, please call the Genealogy & Carlsbad History desk 442-339-2931.

Classes are offered on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. Come join us!
