Focus On: African American Genealogy (genealogy class at Carlsbad Library Learning Center) In-Person

Library staff will share methods for the often challenging process of researching African American genealogy records, providing insights and demonstrating ways to search. Includes information on various records available in our library, and how to find and access other resources.

This class is for ages 13 and older, and will be held in the upstairs Computer Lab at the Library Learning Center located at 3368 Eureka Place in Carlsbad. This is a hands on computer class.

A Carlsbad City Library card with internet privileges is required. If you have any questions please call the Genealogy & Carlsbad History desk 442-339-2931.

Classes are offered on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. Come join us!
