This class is for teens going into grades 7-12 who have a Carlsbad City library card.

Find your voice and create a 3D layered cardstock design to place inside a shadow box. Use pre-selected images and text to learn how to use Silhouette Studio software to create a design, cut it out on the Silhouette cutter and assemble it in the correct order. Take home a piece of art in a small shadow box. 

Silhouette Cameo is a digital die cut machine that uses the Studio software to create personalized designs. You can cut vinyl, heat transfer vinyl or cardstock using the Silhouette cutter. 

This class coincides with our annual Summer Reading Adventure program. This year's theme, "Find Your Voice," encourages patrons to share stories, create art, make music and use their voices for good. 

Class is held in the Exploration HUB for teens going into grades 7 - 12 who have a Carlsbad City Library card with internet privileges. You will use this library card to log onto a computer during class. If you have any questions call the Exploration HUB 442-339-2039.
